Roles and Responsibilities
- ➜ Provided phone and email troubleshooting support to all internal and external users to resolve issues and technical requests (including PC, peripherals, mobile devices, and system software issues) in a timely manner.
- ➜ Troubleshot Windows 10/11 issues like Blue Screen of Death, Poor Performance, internet connection, Driver update, and more.
- ➜ Assisted in installation of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, and installation as well as renewal of antivirus.
- ➜ Assisted and troubleshooted network problems (IP Addressing, Cabling, metered connection), system issues, Operating system update and upgrade.
- ➜ Performed basic administration tasks (User creation, password reset, enable/disable account and restore deleted account linked with email account).
- ➜ Implemented user’s onboarding and offboarding task in Office365 and assigning Microsoft Software License to staffs.
- ➜ Assisted in providing files and folder through SharePoint/Server Group Policy with appropriate permission and mapping network path for the folders to make it accessible as well as providing OneDrive access to staffs as per requirement.
- ➜ Ensured customer satisfaction through efficient call handling and communication.
- ➜ Set up backup for files and folders (Schedule date, time, and frequency) as well as worked on RAID technology (1,5 and 10).
- ➜ Monitored Windows 10 performance through Task Manager such as CPU, Disks, Memory performance.
- ➜ Configured Outlook for new staffs, adding second email, Outlook data backup, signature, Auto-reply message setup, redirecting emails in specific folders, bulk emails as well as troubleshooting application issues.
